Yes. Scheduling your animals is a must. We recommend calling to get on our books at least 3 months in advance as certain times of year book up quicker than others.

Beef hang for 10-14 days before cutting while pigs and sheep hang for 4-5 days.

Yes we follow USDA regulations to ensure safe, high-quality, and traceable meat.

How do I pick my cuts?

We do all of our cut sheets online through our website. The options are multiple choice with photos and a written explanation of eat cut. Many customers find it educational and enjoy the processes of customizing their order. If there is something you would like out of your order and you don’t see it as an option on the cut sheet, please let us know at the end in the “special instructions” section.

How long will you store my meat?

We ask that all orders are picked up within 7 days. After 7 days we charge a freezer storage fee of $1.00 per box per day.

You will be contacted via the preferred contact method chosen on your cut sheet. We will let you know your invoice total and remind you of our business hours.
